How long does delivery take?

1–3 business days in Cairo & Giza, and 3–7 business days for other governorates. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

How can I pay?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and InstaPay.

Can I check the product before paying?

Yes. You can open and inspect your order with the courier at the moment of delivery, before you pay.

What is your return & exchange policy?

You can exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original condition with its case and accessories. Exchange shipping fees are paid by the customer. Defective or wrong items are replaced at no extra cost. See our Return & Exchange Policy.

Do you ship outside Egypt?

Currently we ship across all governorates of Egypt.

How do I care for my sunglasses?

Keep them in the original case when not in use and clean the lenses with the cloth provided to avoid scratches.
